Subscription
Your free trial, adding a card, and what happens at the end of it.
How your free trial works
Every new studio starts with the full toolkit and no card. The trial runs for a set number of days and nothing is charged during it.
Open Admin → Subscription from the sidebar.
The Membership card tells you which day your trial ends.
Use everything freely until then: there is nothing to activate.
We email you before it ends so the date does not catch you out.
Do nothing and the tools pause when it ends. Your work is kept, waiting for you.
How to add your card and keep your toolkit
Adding a card before the trial ends keeps everything running without a gap. Nothing is charged until the trial is over.
Open Admin → Subscription and click Add your card.
Choose monthly, or annual if you would rather pay once and save.
Enter your card details on the secure checkout page.
You come back to your desk with the subscription active.
Nothing is taken until your trial ends, so adding the card early costs you nothing.
How to change or cancel your subscription
Your card, your invoices and cancelling all live in the billing portal, which opens from the same page.
Open Admin → Subscription.
Open the billing portal from the Membership card.
Update your card, download an invoice, or switch between monthly and annual there.
Cancel in the portal if you are stopping. You keep the tools until the period you have paid for runs out.
If a payment fails, a banner appears across the top of the app with the same portal link so you can fix it.
Tip: If your subscription lapses, your work is not deleted. Reactivating brings the whole desk back as you left it.
