Admin → Account
Your account
Your profile, your studio's details and the files you have stored. This is what your name looks like on a quote and in a client's inbox.
How to edit your profile
Your name, photo and job title appear on the things you send, so a client sees a person rather than a system. Everything here except your name is optional.

Open Admin → Account from the sidebar.
Click Upload photo to add or change your picture.
Fill in your name, and your job title if you want it shown.
Add your pronouns and your studio's Instagram handle if you would like them on your profile.
Click Draw signature to store a signature for the documents you sign.
How to set your studio's details
Your business name goes on quotes, contracts and the emails your clients receive. The booking link is offered to clients who want to get time with you.

Open Admin → Account and scroll past your profile.
Type your business name. This is the name a client sees on a quote or contract.
Paste your booking link if you use a scheduling tool, so clients can book time with you.
Set the picture for the frame on your desk here too. It is also the logo on every email your clients receive from you, so use your studio's logo.
Save. Your new details appear on everything you send from now on.
How to check your file storage
Briefs, contracts and the files on your projects are all stored for you. The Storage page shows how much of your allowance you have used.

Open Admin → Storage from the sidebar.
Read the figure at the top: what you are using, against what your plan allows.
If the number looks wrong after a lot of deleting, click Recalculate to count the files again.
To free space, remove files you no longer need from the project they belong to.
