Is the trial really free?
Yes. Your first 14 days cost nothing and we don't ask for card details. We'll email you before the trial ends: add your card then to carry on, or do nothing and your tools simply pause, with everything you've made kept for you.
How is it cheaper than the big tools?
Because it's one subscription, not five. Instead of paying separately for a design proofing tool, proposal software, e-signing and a client portal, you get them together, built for designers.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. On the monthly plan you keep access to the end of the period you've already paid for, and your data stays yours. See our Refund Policy for the details.
Do my clients need to pay?
Never. You create free, branded portal logins for your design clients: they can review your work, leave feedback and sign off without paying anything.
Can my team share one account?
Every studio workspace supports team members with their own logins and permissions. Billing is per seat, so each designer on the paid plan pays for their own.
