Hub → Links
Useful links
A board of the tools and services your studio uses, grouped how you like, so nobody has to hunt for the right login page again.
How to group your links with a filter
Links live inside filters, which are just the groups you sort them into, such as Design tools or Studio admin. Make the filter first, then put links in it.

Open Hub → Links from the sidebar.
Click the plus button, top right.
Type a name for the group, such as Design tools.
Click Add filter. It appears as a column on the board, ready for links.
How to add a link
Add the address and a name, and the link appears as a tile with the site's own icon, so you can spot it at a glance.

Open Hub → Links and click the plus button.
Paste the web address into the first box.
Type the name you want on the tile in the second box.
Click Add link. It joins the board with the site's icon fetched for you.
Click a tile any time to open that site in a new tab.
Tip: Links are shared with everyone in your studio, so adding one saves the whole team looking it up.
How to rename or remove a filter or link
Boards get out of date. Each filter has its own menu for renaming and removing, and each tile can be deleted on its own.

Open Hub → Links.
Click the three dots beside a filter's name to rename or remove that whole group.
To remove a single link, use the small × on its tile.
Confirm when asked. Removing a link does not affect the site itself.
