Is an electronically signed design contract binding?

Does my client need an account?
No. The signing link works on its own, on any device. The client reads, signs and confirms their details, and both of you receive the signed copy.
What is in the certified PDF?
Your contract as sent, plus a certificate page: the drawn signature, the signer's name, company and address, the document's hash, the time of signing, the IP address and the device used.
Can I use my own design contract?
